Our cleaning checklist

Every visit follows the same published list, so you can see what you are buying before you book and check it afterwards. 35 tasks in total. A standard clean covers 27 of them, a deep clean 33, and a move-out 32.

The counts differ because the services do. A move-out reaches inside cabinets and drawers, which is only possible in an empty house, and skips making beds and dusting personal decor, which an empty house does not have.

Choosing

Which one do you need

If your home is already close to where you want it, a standard clean on a recurring plan keeps it there, and recurring visits save 20% weekly, 15% every other week, or 10% monthly.

If it has not been professionally cleaned in 30 days or more, start with a deep clean. The six extra tasks are grout, door frames, baseboards, and closet interiors, which are what a maintenance visit is not scoped to reach.

If the house is empty, book a move-in or move-out clean. It is the only service that cleans inside every cabinet, drawer, and pantry shelf.
