The arrangement
A 1099 contractor role
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. It is not employment. You are your own boss: you set your own schedule, choose which jobs to accept, and use your own equipment and supplies.
BeeLux handles client acquisition, booking, payment processing, and support, so the only thing on your plate is the work itself.

Requirements
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Your own cleaning equipment, products, and supplies
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- General liability insurance, or willingness to carry it before your first job
- Three verifiable professional references
Screening
How the screening works
Every cleaner clears the same six checks before a first job, and they are the same ones we publish to customers:
- A criminal background check
- A Social Security number trace
- A national sex offender registry search
- Global watchlist screening
- A personal interview
- Reference verification
Insurance is verified once a year after that. None of it is a formality. It is the reason a homeowner is willing to hand over a key.
Day to day
How the work reaches you
BeeLux connects cleaning professionals with clients who want the job done to a published standard. As an independent contractor you control how you complete each job, provide your own tools and supplies, and set your own availability. We provide the client pipeline, handle scheduling logistics, and process payments.
Every visit is governed by the same 35-point checklist the customer can read. A standard clean covers 27 of those tasks, a deep clean 33, a move-out 32. Nobody is guessing at what “done” means.
