The honest test

Do you need a deep clean?

The honest test, and the one we actually use:

Professionally cleaned within the last 30 days, on a schedule

Standard clean

You do not need deep cleaning

Not professionally cleaned in 30 days or more

Deep cleaning

Not on any cleaning schedule, or visible buildup in kitchens, bathrooms, floors, or trim

Deep cleaning

90 days or more, or heavy buildup throughout

Super Deep Cleaning

Empty or nearly empty, before or after a move

Choosing the right level up front sets clear expectations and produces a better result than finding the gap on the day. If you are unsure, send photos with your quote request.

What’s included

What a deep clean adds

Everything in a standard house clean, plus the detail work that buildup actually lives in.

Beyond a standard visit

  • Doors, door frames, and baseboards wiped down throughout the home
  • Tile grout scrubbed in the shower
  • Linen closets cleaned inside, shelves wiped
  • Closets cleaned inside, shelves wiped
  • Detailed bathroom buildup removal
  • Extra hand-wiping of surfaces throughout

Still included, as in every visit: the full kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, counters, appliance exteriors, tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, fixtures, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and high-touch surfaces.

Paid add-ons include the inside of the fridge, oven, microwave, and washer or dryer; a sink full of dishes; a basement; interior windows; and interior vents. A deep clean does not include cabinet or drawer interiors. If the home is empty, a move-out clean includes cabinet, drawer, and pantry interiors.

Why it’s first

Why the first visit is usually a deep clean

When a home has gone a while without professional service, there is a difference between what looks tidy and what is actually clean. A deep clean closes that gap.

After that first visit, most customers move to recurring house cleaning to hold the result. Deep-clean pricing applies to the initial appointment only, once the home is at a maintainable condition, later visits return to standard service at the recurring rate.

That is the cheaper path over a year. Resetting a home twice costs more than keeping it level.

Before we arrive

Before we arrive

Send photos or a short video of the home a couple of days ahead. It lets us scope accurately and set the right expectations, particularly on larger homes or heavier jobs. It is a request, not a requirement, and it does not affect your guarantee.

Tidying up beforehand helps. Picking up clothes, toys, and important papers lets us clean surfaces rather than move things, and keeps anything from being misplaced.

The guarantee

If something’s not right, we come back

Tell us within 48 hours with a few photos and we will come back and make it right at no extra charge. We schedule the re-clean within 7 days. That applies to every service we offer, including standard cleans.

Questions

Deep cleaning questions

How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. Because pricing is flat-rate, you see the price before you book rather than watching a clock.
Do I need a deep clean every time?
No. Most customers book one deep clean, then move to recurring house cleaning to hold the result. Deep-clean pricing applies to that first visit only.
What if my home needs more than a deep clean?
If it has gone 90 days or more without professional cleaning, or there is heavy buildup throughout, Super Deep Cleaning and additional time may be the better starting point. Send photos with your quote request and we will tell you honestly.
What's the difference between standard, deep, and move-out cleaning?
A standard clean keeps an already-maintained home in rhythm and covers 27 checklist tasks. A deep clean is a 33-task reset that adds grout, baseboards, door frames, and closet interiors. A 32-task move-out or move-in clean includes the inside of cabinets, drawers, and the pantry for an empty home.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours with a few photos of the issue and we'll come back and make it right at no extra charge. That's every service we offer, standard cleans included. We'll offer you re-clean times within 7 days, so pick the one that works and it's handled.
